Love or Disease Book.

Love or Disease

Stories that begin with love and it end with disease...

The book "Love or Disease" is a short story collection, consisting of ten stories, all revolving around the same theme: Love.

Each story begins with love and ends with a problem or suffering, leaving the reader to question at the end of each story, whether this is love or a disease.

The book's pages do not exceed sixty pages and are written in simple English language.
You can finish it in one sitting.
Apart from love, it discusses various topics indirectly.
I also tried to portray a picture of the city of Ouarzazate in southern Morocco. Most of the events in the stories take place in this city. Since I began reading, I have learned about different cities in different countries through reading, and I wanted readers to also learn and get to know about Ouarzazate.

Each story in this book holds a special place within me. Part of it is from my childhood, part from my present, and part from my future. Part of it is real, part imaginary, and part is a blend of imagination and reality. I lived with the characters, whether in reality or inside my mind, I dreamed of a world I do not live in, then created the world I desire in these stories.

I wrote these stories in Arabic, and since the beginning, I wanted to translate them into English, until I met Nada Farsi .
Her writing and the way she describes things in English made me believe that her translating the book would be better.
Although I believe translated books don't let you know the author's style, because what distinguishes the author is their expression and word choice. Sometimes, translation hides these features.
I told Nada about this, and we discussed the book stories a lot, which made her understand and translate the book in the most wonderful way possible. She gave it another touch and feeling.
Thank you, Nada. I'm always grateful to you.

I believe I have written enough about this book. I will publish a story from it titled "The Whore" in the coming days.

This is my first post on this blog. Thank you for visiting. If you would like a copy of the book, feel free to contact me.
